Thomas + Asha - more from the engagement shoot

Now I now I already posted some images from Thomas and Asha's shoot but I just had to share more with you after I did some editing.
The Royal Sydney Botanical Gardens are such an amazing place to do an engagement shoot. There are so many fabulous locations - did you know there are over 50 locations to hold a wedding ceremony in these gardens?
As we walked past a reception set up for the guests to arrive (the summer breeze blowing with the scent of all the amazing flowers, a gorgeous glow in the sky and this venue in a shady corner of the gardens) I said to Ben that when we get married again I would like to do it here :)
OK, enough about the renewing of my vows (we only got married 1 1/2 yrs ago)
Hope you enjoy the photos

Hey, check out the trees in the background that look kinda like a heart!!! (ok... we did this on purpose but isn't it cool!)

Ange + Georgia

Ange is a close friend of mine who is about to give birth to her second child.
We decided to do a portrait session which captured a "morning in the life" with her daughter, Georgia.

So first we had to capture pictures of the belly...

Then the getting ready...

We stopped by a cafe and had a delicious morning tea...

And then we went to a gorgeous garden...

Finally, we found ourselves at a lookout in the rain...

and then we raced home to get warm :)

It was a lovely day and I can't wait to take some photographs of the new addition to the family when he or she arrives.

Sneak Peak of Thomas and Asha's Engagement Shoot

Ben and I were scheduled to photograph Thomas and Asha in the Mt Annan Botanical Gardens but with the recent heatwave (over 40 degrees) we decided to head for the city and try our luck in the Royal Botanical Gardens instead.
I have to say I've just downloaded the images and I love them so much that I had to share a sneak peak with you.
Of course I will post more once I have done a bit of editing.
