Alana and Ryan Engagement Shoot - Nurragingy

Alana and Ryan are getting married in October in Kurrajong and wanted to have their pre wedding shoot at Nurragingy Reserve. It turned out to be such an amazing day and this place has so many locations to take photographs. I would highly recommend it!!
I have been wanting to do a shoot with a red love heart balloon and the day was perfect for it.
LOVE the red balloon against the blue sky!

Stay tuned for the wedding shots in October!

Jules and Jason - March 14 2009

Jules is a good friend of mine and it was so great to be a part of her special day.

This was the first time we had been to Chapel Hill and it was great to finally see this venue.

The chapel was cute and provided some interesting lighting opportunities with that huge stained glass window, although my favorite was the archway of vines leading into the chapel.

We captured the guests after the ceremony and the important family tradition of Boules - (I loved these shots) everyone was having so much fun.

The weather was a little unpredictable. At times it showered, other times it poured and during the reception we even heard thunder - Ben got a great shot outside with the storm in the background - you should know how Ben likes to take his lightning photo's (I'll post these shots later.) Even though it was stormy outside, inside the reception was full of love and laughter - the speeches were great and everyone had a fabulous time.

All in all it was a great day. I'd like to say congratulations to Jules and Jason again and wish them the best of luck in the future.

Thomas & Asha's Wedding- March 1st 2009

This was such an amazing wedding with such a great couple. It was easy to see how much they cared about each other, their families and their friends. It really was a pretty special day.

The ceremony took place in their home which made it so personal.
We then headed for UWS at Campbelltown which was such a great location - we could have stayed there longer as there are so many great spots for photographs but it was time to head to The Hermitage Function Centre in Campbelltown for the reception.

We really enjoyed Thomas and Asha's wedding and hope they have a happy life together - Congratulations to you both.

PS. I should also mention that we took some amazing photographs... here's a mix (in no particular order)
